However, she said, "with all the effort of the Executive, 219,206 jobs have been preserved" and added that we are experiencing a moment in which "the recovery of jobs has been more evident depending on our economy".

In her speech, Teresa Rodrigues Dias also mentioned the expansion of vocational training centres: "Still in this area, within the scope of the expansion of vocational training centres, 11 centers were built, with a target of 10, which corresponds to an execution of 110 per cent" in the provinces of Lunda Sul, Bié, Namibe, Uíge, Huambo, Huíla, Cabinda, Malanje, Zaire, Luanda and Moxico.

In the balance sheet, the official also spoke about the Employability Promotion Plan (PAPE), highlighting the "distribution of 21,243 work kits with a target of 37,000 kits, which represents an execution of 57 percent" and the allocation of 11,597 microcredits for young entrepreneurs, "with a target of 10 thousand, representing an execution of 115 percent".

The Advisory Council is taking place in the province of Huíla with the theme "Analysis of the results and targets of the 2018-2022 five-year sector".
