The presentation, in Luanda, will be attended by the Ministers of Economy and Planning, Mário Caetano João, and of State for Economic Coordination, Manuel Nunes Júnior, before various guests, which include members of the Government, political parties, businessmen, academics, civil society and development partners.

On the 22nd of May, the plan will be presented to international organisations, development agencies and diplomatic missions and, on the 23rd of May, to civil society and the media.
