The Companhia de Dança Contemporânea de Angola will present, between the 18th and 21st of May, at the Guimarães Rosa Institute (former Brazil-Angola cultural center) its 2023 season, still within the framework of the celebration of its 30 years of existence.
Lasting about an hour and presenting a set of small works created between 1985 (still at the Dance School) and 2023, the show, called 'Programa de Concerto – Uma viagem pelo Tempo', invites the public to discover various dance genres and the technical skills and versatility of its dancers.
With the participation of four guest dancers, the show is a journey through the path of this historic company and a tribute to its former solo dancers, so that the new generations get to know the stars of Angolan professional dance.
On the 18th and 19th of May, the show will start at 7 pm, while on the 20th and 21st of May it will start at 6 pm, at the Guimarães Rosa Institute.
