According to BNA, Trocakwanzas is a company "dedicated to providing mobile payment services, through a digital platform for intermediating transfers to Angola, Brazil, the United States and Europe".
However, its activity is not subject to the supervision of the BNA, since the said entity is not licensed for this purpose.
Thus, the BNA appeals to financial banking institutions and the public in general "to refrain from establishing any business relationship with it, as well as to its promoters to refrain from performing any act", which may be qualified as a particularly serious contravention, in accordance with the Basic Law of Financial Institutions.
