A masterclass will take place on April 26th under the theme "Pelvic Physiotherapy and Preparation for Childbirth".
Promoted by Luanda Medical Center, the class is aimed at future mothers and will take place at the HCTA Hotel, in Talatona.
Starting at 9am, the event will feature the participation of Soraia Lima, pelvic physiotherapist at Motion Lab.
Among the topics to be discussed are "Physical changes during pregnancy", "Discomforts during pregnancy", "Importance of pelvic physiotherapy during pregnancy", "Stages of labor" and "Postpartum, what to expect?". In addition, breathing and relaxation techniques will also be covered.
This masterclass is part of the program of 11 masterclasses promoted by Luanda Medical Center, under the motto "Preparation for Birth", aiming to inform, clarify and prepare future mothers for the different moments of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
