In a statement, to which Lusa had access, the FAF states that the second round of Girabola 2020/21, with 15 rounds, will take place between April and July and that, if on the 29th round, the anticipated champion will be determined, the day and time of some games of the 30th round "will be changed".

Girabola, who has already played in the 15th and final round of the first round, has recorded, in the last few days, the performance of games in arrears, which mainly involve the 1st of August, four-time national champion, coached by the Portuguese Paulo Duarte.

Between 6 and 18 April, seven games will be played to close the first round of the championship. On Tuesday, Sagrada Esperança is playing against 1º de Agosto, a duel of champions, to settle the sixth round.

Bravos do Maquis leads the race with 31 points, followed by Petro de Luanda, with 28 points. The 1st of August, who drew on Saturday with Recreativo do Libolo in the adjustment of the 10th round, is the third classified with 26 points, the same score as Sagrada Esperança, which is in the fourth position.

Interclube, trained by the Portuguese Ivo Campos, is the fifth classified, with 25 points.

Das Faa, from Interclube, and Mabululu, from 1º de Agosto, are Girabola's best scorers, with eight goals each.
