A press conference on the exhibition "The Hidden Mask" will take place on Monday, April 19th.
The conference starts at 10am and will be held at the National Museum of Anthropology.
The press conference will serve to clarify and reveal more details about the photographic sample.
The exhibition, which will be available to the public between April 20 and August 31, consists of 29 photographs taken between 1999 and 2000 in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Forgotten and hidden in the Ethnographic Museum's warehouse, the photographs were found by photographer Kristof Degrauwe. Now they will be made available in an exhibition that will also bring together works by Angolan artists and masks about Angola.
"The Hidden Mask" is a production of the Belgian Embassy in Luanda, in partnership with the National Museum of Anthropology and is curated by the photographer Kristof Degrauwe.
