The Cultural Center of Brazil in Angola (CCBA) opened registrations for the 1st Free Course of Brazilian Gastronomy in Luanda.
The course is free of charge and will take place between April 12 and 14.
The training, which will take place at Cervejaria Puro Malte between 1 pm and 4 pm, aims to make known the richness, diversity and particularities of Brazilian gastronomy to Angolan professionals, as well as to deepen learning experiences and evaluation between the cuisine of both countries.
Applications can be made online and candidates must meet the following requirements: be active and have at least two years of professional experience in cooking.

The candidates with the best performance will receive a set of high quality cookware from the Brazilian company Mondial, which offers a complete range of modern cooking products. They will also receive a cash prize of 150,000 kwanzas.
