"After the apprehension of the values, the competent report was produced, sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office, which maintained the arrest of the aforementioned citizen," said the official, stressing that all informal foreign exchange markets will be the target of investigative work by the SIC.
The official stressed that it is a group composed of four elements, but only one has been detained to date.
If the illicit act were to take place, Fernando de Carvalho said, those involved would have a profit of 27 million kwanzas, from the sale of each 100 dollars at the price of 30 thousand kwanzas.
According to Fernando Carvalho, the suspect is not a repeat offender.
