Representing Angola in what was the most recent international fashion event were two models: Rufane Tomás and Sompa António.

Rufane Tomás, the Angolan model who participated in the fashion week in Athens at the end of last year, was part of the presentation of Dawid Tomaszewski (United Fashion), and of the fashion shows by Valentim Quaresma and Carolina Machado.

Sompa António, who traveled from Parisian to Portuguese fashion, paraded for Luis Buchinho, Luis Carvalho, Gonçalo Peixoto, Awaytomars, and was also chosen to open the Aleksandar Protic show.

Angolan model agency Da Banda Model Management was also present with three other Portuguese-speaking models: Anilton Cabral, Dilsa Pereira and Martim Canavarro.

Anilton Cabral returned from South Africa to end the second day of parades on the catwalk of renowned Nuno Gama. With blue and white as dominant colors, the collection that was inspired by Portuguese navigation is already for the next Spring / Summer.

The agency also presented its most recent Cape Verdean agency: Dilsa Pereira. The model started to show up at the presentation of the collection of Sofija Urumovic, an integral member of the United Fashion exchange project, carried out by a group of seven European associations that support fashion. Ricardo Preto, Gonçalo Peixoto and Ninamounah were three of the designers who chose Dilsa to present their collection.

Martim Canavarro, a native of Santarém, returned to ModaLisboa - the place where he made his debut last year 2019 - to parade for Portuguese designers Duarte and Valentim Quaresma.
