In a press release, the police informs that the operation was carried out by the Department of Investigation of Criminal Offenses, in Huíla, which culminated in the dismantling of the network made up of three national citizens.
The drug, which came from the province of Cunene, was supplied by one of the members of the network, who in turn distributed it to the other two citizens, father and son, who were dedicated to selling the product.
"Both were detained in flagrante delicto in possession of 123 portions of the drug, cocaine, which was being marketed in the commercial district, as a result of diligent investigative work," notes the note.
Recently, in Luanda, police authorities also announced the dismantling of a drug trafficking network, led by a 40-year-old Angolan citizen, suspected of trafficking cocaine from Brazil to Angola, who was later sent to the neighboring Republic of Namibia .
