The Unitel internship programme is a "paid internship programme that aims to contribute to the enrichment of the learning experience and development of key competences", explains the company in a press release sent to VerAngola. According to the document, the programme is aimed at "outstanding high school students, university graduates and recent graduates".
The programme is scheduled to start in March this year, at Unitel's headquarters in Luanda, and will last two months.
Unitel's traineeship "will provide participants with practical experience in their fields of study and prepare them to be professionals of excellence," says the company, stating that in this first phase 16 places will be made available.
There are openings in two areas: Operation and Supervision Department and Human Resources Department. In the first area, the openings are "available for students with a high school degree, university attendance or recent graduates in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Management Informatics". For the second area, the openings are intended for "final year students or recent graduates in the areas of Human Resource Management, Work Psychology and Organizations, Business Administration or Management and Work Sociology".
In both areas students must have a final average of at least 14 values and "have knowledge of Office and English tools".
