During Thursdays in January, the Angolan Academy of Letters will promote the section "Conversas da Academia à Quinta-feira".
The conversations begin on the 4th, with a dialogue on the theme "Cultural values and cultural industries in Angola", where Jorge Gumbe will be present. The following week (11 January), the conversation will be with Álvaro Cardoso on the topic "Plastic arts in Angola: 5 generations".
These two conversations will be moderated by Fidel Reis.
On January 18th, Albino Carlos will address the topic "Music and national identity", while on January 25th it will be Maria João Teles Grilo's turn to speak about "The bipolar city". Both conversations will be moderated by Virgílio Coelho.
