TAAG reinforces flights to Cabinda, Maputo, Windhoek and São Paulo

The national airline TAAG will reinforce, from Sunday and in a phased manner, flights to Cabinda, Maputo, Windhoek and São Paulo, the company announced this Wednesday.

As of Sunday, weekly trips between Luanda and Cabinda will increase from 24 to 26 flights, with additional routes to be operated on Saturday and Sunday by a Boeing 737-700 aircraft.

Luanda-Maputo air connections will be more frequent from 2 October, with one more flight per week, bringing the total to four.

The additional flight will take place on Sunday with a Boeing 737-700 aircraft.

The flights between Luanda and Windhoek (Namibia) will increase their frequency from four to five flights, as of October 2, with the additional one being operated on Sunday (Dash 8-Q400 aircraft).

Between Luanda and São Paulo, in Brazil, flights will increase from three to four per week from 5 November. The additional LAD/GRU flight will be operated on Saturday, and the return flight to Luanda will be carried out on Sunday by a Boeing 777-300 aircraft.

TAAG highlights the "reinforcement of flights to Portuguese-speaking countries (Mozambique and Brazil) and the Southern African region (Namibia), in addition to Cabinda, one of the preferred domestic destinations" for its passengers.
