In the presidential dispatch no. 129/21 of August 23, to which Lusa had access this Thursday, João Lourenço authorizes the director of the Office of Special Works (GOE) to sign the addendum to the contract with the company Omatapalo Engineering and Construction SA, which was awarded the contract.
The director of the GOE must also celebrate the addendum to the contract for the provision of supervision services of the same contract with the company Dar Al Handasah Angola.
The Minister of Finance, Vera Daves, "must ensure the availability of the financial resources necessary for the implementation of these contracts," the order said.
