The event, which takes place at Palácio de Ferro in Luanda, this Friday, aims to bring together young entrepreneurs, who will exhibit their products and services, to representatives of the diplomatic corps, within the scope of economic cooperation.
Of the 30 applicants, most are from the hotel sector, with emphasis on catering.
"FEBE 2022's main objective is to promote among young entrepreneurs and the academic community the work developed by accredited embassies in Angola", the organization stresses in a statement.
The Ministers of Affairs and Foreign Affairs of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP) and their respective delegations will be at Palácio de Ferro after the conclusion of the work.
The exhibition falls within the scope of public diplomacy and will allow those present to deepen their knowledge of different cultures, gastronomy and business partnership opportunities between the participating countries and the young community in Angola.
In addition to gastronomy, FEBE 2022 encompasses musical performances, theatre, dance and art exhibitions in the disciplines of painting, sculpture and ceramics, as well as 'workshops' on tourism and the environment.
FEBE, promoted by the company Creudalva with institutional support from the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Culture, Tourism and Environment and Youth and Sports, runs from June to December, allowing each embassy to request its own edition.
The meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Affairs takes place under the theme "Economic Cooperation in the CPLP".
